Patlay\u0131c\u0131 Atmosferlerin ve PVRV&#8217;lerin Anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<h3>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 Atmosferlerin Tan\u0131m\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Hava ile yan\u0131c\u0131 gaz, buhar veya toz kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n belirli ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda alev almas\u0131yla patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir atmosfer olu\u015fur. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m veya \u0131s\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131 bile bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ate\u015fleyerek tesis operasyonlar\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furan yang\u0131n ya da patlamalara yol a\u00e7abilir. Petrol ve gaz, kimya ve ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6rleri gibi pek \u00e7ok end\u00fcstride depolanan malzemeler bu t\u00fcr ortamlar\u0131 kolayca olu\u015fturabilir.  <\/p>\n<h3>Tehlikeli B\u00f6lgelerde PVRV&#8217;lerin Rol\u00fc<\/h3>\n<p>Bas\u0131n\u00e7 Vakum Emniyet Vanalar\u0131 (PVRV&#8217;ler), fazla gaz\u0131 tahliye ederek (bas\u0131n\u00e7 tahliyesi) veya hava girerek (vakum tahliyesi) g\u00fcvenli tank bas\u0131n\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Normal operasyonlarda bu i\u015flevsellik, tank duvarlar\u0131na zarar verebilecek a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bas\u0131n\u00e7 veya vakum ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Ancak tehlikeli b\u00f6lgelerde van\u0131n kendisi bir ate\u015fleme kayna\u011f\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemelidir. Uygun ATEX s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131 ve Ex-proof tasar\u0131m, PVRV&#8217;nin patlay\u0131c\u0131 bir atmosferi ate\u015fleyecek kadar k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m yaymayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya \u0131s\u0131 \u00fcretmeyece\u011fini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2>2. Temel D\u00fczenleyici \u00c7er\u00e7eveler: ATEX ve Ex-Proof<\/h2>\n<h3>ATEX Y\u00f6nergeleri<\/h3>\n<p>ATEX (Frans\u0131zca \u201cAtmosph\u00e8res Explosibles\u201d teriminden t\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir), potansiyel olarak patlay\u0131c\u0131 ortamlarda kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlar i\u00e7in Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fczenleyici \u00e7er\u00e7evesidir. \u0130ki temel y\u00f6nergeyi kapsar: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ATEX 2014\/34\/EU (Ekipman Y\u00f6nergesi)<br \/>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosferlerde kullan\u0131lan ekipmanlara ili\u015fkin tasar\u0131m, test ve sertifikasyon gereksinimlerini kapsar. ATEX kapsam\u0131na giren PVRV&#8217;lerin yan\u0131c\u0131 gaz veya buharlar\u0131 ate\u015flemeyece\u011fini kan\u0131tlamak i\u00e7in test edilmesi gerekir. <\/li>\n<li>ATEX 99\/92\/EC (\u0130\u015fyeri Y\u00f6nergesi)<br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 korumaya odaklan\u0131r; i\u015fverenlerin tehlikeli alanlar\u0131 nas\u0131l s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131 ve uygun ekipman\u0131 nas\u0131l se\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini ortaya koyar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ex-Proof Standartlar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>ATEX y\u00f6nergelerine ek olarak, Ex-proof (patlama korumal\u0131) terimi uluslararas\u0131 ba\u011flamlarda da s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar. Patlay\u0131c\u0131 Ortamlarda PVRV&#8217;ler \u0130\u00e7in Tasar\u0131m De\u011ferlendirmeleri<\/h2>\n<h3>Malzeme Se\u00e7imi<\/h3>\n<p>ATEX\/Ex-proof kurulumlar\u0131ndaki vanalar, korozyona direnen ve s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m \u00fcretmeyen malzemeler kullanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yayg\u0131n tercihler aras\u0131nda paslanmaz \u00e7elik ve \u00f6zel ala\u015f\u0131mlar yer al\u0131r. Conta malzemeleri (O-ringler, ke\u00e7eler) de bozulmadan kimyasallara ve y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayanabilmelidir.  <\/p>\n<h3>S\u0131cakl\u0131k S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve Gaz Grubu<\/h3>\n<p>Her patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosfer, gaz gruplar\u0131na (I, IIA, IIB, IIC vb.) ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131na (T1\u2013T6) g\u00f6re kategorize edilir. Bu ortamlar i\u00e7in tasarlanan PVRV&#8217;lerin do\u011fru sertifikaya sahip olmas\u0131 gerekir; bu da \u015funlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131r: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gaz Grubu: Gaz veya buhar t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterir. \u00d6rne\u011fin IIC Grubu, y\u00fcksek yan\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle en zorlu gazlardan biri olan hidrojeni kapsar. <\/li>\n<li>S\u0131cakl\u0131k S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131: Ekipman\u0131n maksimum y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r. T3 (200 \u00b0C) olarak derecelendirilen bir PVRV, normal veya ar\u0131za ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bu y\u00fczey s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>K\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m \u00d6nleme ve Statik De\u015farj<\/h3>\n<p>Patlay\u0131c\u0131 atmosferlerde, elektrostatik k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131mlar veya mekanik darbeler yanmay\u0131 ba\u015flatabilir. Do\u011fru vana kategorisinin se\u00e7ilmesi (\u00f6rn. B\u00f6lge 0 i\u00e7in Kategori 1), uyumlulu\u011fu ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n<h3>Uygun Montaj ve Y\u00f6nlendirme<\/h3>\n<p>Optimum performans i\u00e7in, montaj pozisyonu, y\u00f6nlendirme (dikey veya a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131) ve flan\u015f ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in tork de\u011ferleri konusunda \u00fcretici y\u00f6nergelerine uyulmal\u0131d\u0131r.
