Storagetech’s CO₂ Storage Tank Vent Absorber (Model 1500) is a compact, accessible CO2 absorber engineered for Storage tank vent gas treatment during filling and storage, using a low-pressure-drop absorber design and replaceable filter basket/cartridges for fast servicing; when specified with the appropriate media, it functions as a CO2 absorption unit and CO2 removal system—a CO2 scrubber for storage tanks that acts as a Storage tank CO2 absorber, Vent gas CO2 absorber, and Tank vent CO2 filter to create an Atmospheric CO2 barrier for tanks with High-efficiency CO2 filtration, supporting Corrosion risk reduction in water systems and downstream utility objectives such as Demineralized water CO2 removal, Condensate tank CO2 absorber applications, Low-conductivity water protection, pH control for demineralized water, Protection of condensate and demin water quality, and Prevention of CO2 ingress to process water—all enabled by a Replaceable cartridge CO2 absorber concept designed for tank-top or ground installation and robust vent-gas filtration performance.

The proper absorbent must be chosen correctly. Based on the correct definition on the unwanted gas or content, appropriate absorbent method can be chemical, physical or both which shall be applied to provide maximum effectiveness.
- Storagetech absorbers are particularly designed with new technology for low vaporize temperature chemicals, hazardous chemicals, and other storage tank vents.
- Dry Scrubbers & Absorbers are mounted on the breather valve of the tank. It may be gathered on the top of the tank or on the ground.
- Tank Farms are groups of tanks that consist of more than one tank. Storagetech Tank Vent Absorbers can also be used for tank farms instead of using different absorbers for each tank. This enables serious cost reduction for companies and works just as well as using an absorber for each of the tanks seperately.
